FCEDA collaborates with corporate professionals, developers, local units of government, and community organizations to strengthen the Flathead’s business and lifestyle assets. As Flathead County’s economic development arm, FCEDA responsibly invests public funds into local projects that produce a strong return in job retention and creation, and in infrastructure that attracts or retains business. The FCEDA board is comprised of individuals possessing years of combined business and real estate experience with a track record of success in entrepreneurial endeavors.

Located in downtown Kalispell, Montana West Economic Development is a nonprofit organization staffed by professionals who connect businesses to valuable resources and relationships.

MWED is supported by business and governments to deliver business resources to Flathead County and the communities of Bigfork, Columbia Falls, Lakeside, Kalispell, Somers, and Whitefish.  Montana West collaborates with business professionals, entrepreneurs, developers, governments, and community organizations to strengthen the Flathead’s business and lifestyle assets.
