Tara Mastel, Montana State University Extension community development program leader, will share highlights from the Montana Movers study, which explores who is moving to Montana and what attracts them to the state. She will also share some information about who is moving away from Montana. We will springboard from this Montana study to talk about insights that might apply to communities across our three-state region, and how we can put this research to work in our communities.
Also, we’ll build on our May conversation about topics for a fall Solutions Roundtable that uses a practical, peer-sharing, solutions-focused model similar to the January Housing Solutions Roundtable. You can find more information about the PLN and the Housing Solutions Roundtable by visiting our website here.
Please share this invitation with your fellow change makers and leaders by forwarding this email. We invite rural folks from all sectors to join the Tri-State Peer Learning Network: local government, elected officials, nonprofits and religious organizations, along with civic engagement and social clubs!
